You cannot recalibrate a rangefinder. If the range is off or incorrect, please contact our customer service team so we can process your request and see if we can provide a replacement.
No. Our rangefinders will not operate through glass or shoot-through mesh – such as in a ground blind. Fog and rain can also impede the unit from ranging the correct distance.
No. The color of the reticle is not changeable.
If the low battery indicator appears on the screen, the battery should be changed. A low charge can cause a ranging error.

No. Angle Intelligence operates automatically. All you have to do is click on the object to range. The number shown is the accurate distance, compensated for slope to target.
Scan Mode allows for the constant ranging of multiple targets at different distances. To learn more about Scan Mode and other rangefinder technology, visit our Technology page.
Press and hold down the power button. “Scan” will then appear on the screen. As you move between targets (still holding down the power button), the on-screen distance measurements will also change. Release the power button to leave Scan Mode. This technology can be used in any ranging mode.
Halo rangefinders are water-resistant. However, they are not completely waterproof.
Yes. The unit will automatically power off after 20 seconds of button inactivity to conserve battery life.

The shipping email includes a UPS tracking number, which you can click to review the status of your order. A signature is not required for orders to be delivered. UPS delivers Halo orders during business days only (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. Available shipping methods include: ground, three-day, second-day and overnight. Orders placed before Noon Eastern will ship the same day. Any orders placed after Noon Eastern or on a weekend/holiday will ship the next business day.
Ground Shipping: Estimated to arrive within 7-10 business days if order is placed before Noon Eastern
Three-Day Shipping: Estimated to arrive within 3 business days if order is placed before Noon Eastern
Second-Day Shipping: Estimated to arrive within 2 business days if order is placed before Noon Eastern

Shipping is offered within the 48 contiguous United States. At this time we do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Guam. We also do not ship to PO Boxes. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working to resolve it.
We do not ship on holidays and recommend you place orders at least two weeks prior to the following dates to avoid issues – especially during the months of November and December.
